The Waterloo Chinese Community Association (WCCA) is a non-profit organization. When reporting on various activities organized by WCCA in its publications, website, or electronic newsletters, WCCA may use audiovisual materials provided by designated photographers appointed by WCCA or other participants of the events as needed. When these activity reports or related content are published in media outside of WCCA’s publications, such as newspapers, magazines, or websites, WCCA may also provide relevant audiovisual materials to the publishers. Due to the continuous expansion of WCCA’s membership organizations and the increasing diversification of various activities, it is necessary to provide the following clarification regarding the issues of portrait rights appearing in these activities and promotions.
